Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Advertiser If the Advertiser cancels after the design process has begun but before printing, the Advertiser may be responsible for a cancellation fee of $100 to cover administrative and design costs. If canceled after printing, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Publisher The Publisher reserves the right to cancel the Advertiser’s slot if payments or required materials are not received on time. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.
Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee of Results The Advertiser acknowledges that the Publisher does not guarantee any specific response rate or ROI from the mailer. We do guarantee that your business will receive huge local customer visibility.
Indemnification The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless against any and all legal claims, costs, and damages resulting from the Advertiser’s AD content or business activities.
